Fabulous hotel, very pleasant and warm welcome, spacious and comfortable room. The train station, bus stop and shops are nearby, so you don't have to take the car. This hotel has a reserved car park. Very generous breakfast. Quality / price level I give it a score of 10 out of 10.

This is a small, moderately priced hotel in Nice run by the owner. The accommodation is basic but absolutely fine and there is plenty of parking. I couldn't really tell too much about the breakfast because it was a continental breakfast and as a vegan there wasn't that much I could eat but that's my problem not theirs. The best part of it are the owners, who are really helpful and exceptionally nice, and the fact that it's a short walk to the beaches and cafes. If I were flying out from Nice I would stay there every time.
